To use this website, you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to create a binding legal obligation. By using the website, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria and that any reservations made on this website are for yourself or for someone for whom you are legally authorized to act.
Airport Transfers
When making a booking, you must ensure that all details, including passenger names, dates of travel, and arrival/departure times, are accurate. If there are any changes to the details provided, you must contact us to request changes.
Full payment is due at the time of booking. After we receive payment, Easy Does It Island Tours automatically issue a booking confirmation by email.
If you do not receive a booking confirmation from us within 5 minutes, please let us know by email, but please check your SPAM folder first. Failure to do so may result in missed emails about your booking, for which we cannot be held responsible. You are responsible for ensuring that your email address or contact number is active at all times. If your email address or contact number changes, you must inform us immediately and let us know if you do not receive our acknowledgment of your email address change within 24 hours.
We recommend that customers print out and travel with their booking confirmation before traveling. The Confirmation Email contains important information on meeting your driver, so it is best to take this with you while traveling or on your mobile device.
Amendments
Any changes or amendments to your booking must be made in writing by the lead named passenger using the email address on the booking at least 24 hours before the delivery dates. Additional charges may apply, which we will advise you of at the time of the amendment.
Please note that any incorrect information on the documentation received from us must be brought to our attention within seven days of the date of issue of the received documents. We will not accept responsibility if you fail to check the validity of all the information provided after the specified time period.
Special Requests
Easy Does It Island Tours tries to accommodate our guests by providing infant/child seats. At the time of booking, it is your responsibility to inform us of any special requests for a child seat for transfers. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee their availability. Where child seats are available, we will provide a maximum of two car seats for infants up to three years old.
Excess Baggage
If you are carrying any excess luggage, such as more than one bag per person, golf clubs, bicycles, strollers, or other oversized items, you must inform us when booking to ensure we can provide the correct vehicle. Failure to notify us may result in additional costs for which you will be liable.
Fees
No portion of transfer fees is transferable or refundable once service is provided.
Additional Persons
You are not permitted to include additional persons on your transfers without the prior approval of Easy Does It Island Tours. The booking is for 1-4 people only, and any additional person will attract an added fee. In any case, Easy Does It Island Tours is only liable to transport the number of persons booked for at the time of booking. Any addition will attract an additional fee, and the appropriate fees will be applied at the time of amendment. Failure to make the required payment will result in the transportation of only the original persons booked.
Tours and Excursions
Easy Does It Island Tours is a transportation service provider that seeks to connect You with Tours and Excursions provided by third party attraction owners. We do this through our website, www.ediit.biz
You understand that the Tours represented on this website are provided by independent owners. You hereby represent, understand and expressly agree that Easy Does It Island Tours does not control the quality, timing, legality or any other aspect whatsoever of the services actually delivered by these third party owners, nor of the integrity, responsibility or any of the actions whatsoever of these companies.
Easy Does It Island Tours will use its best efforts to offer services provided by those companies who are reputable and offer quality services in accordance with the Jamaica Tourist Board. We have taken care and responsibility to verify and check all information provided on our website at the time of compilation; however as this information is supplied by the relevant attraction, tour, cruise operator, we accept no responsibility for any inaccuracy contained in the information provided on our website.
Conditions of Bookings
The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings whether online or through our contact service. By booking with us you agree to be bound and abide by the following rules and conditions: User authorizes us to make reservation for the total reservation price displayed on this website. Payment can be made through our online payment processor, Stripe. User may cancel or change their prepaid reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. User agrees to pay any cancellation charges or fees that may apply. All costs are shown in US dollars unless otherwise stated. All rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to offer alternative tour package of a similar standard in the event that the supplier overbook their property or for any reasons beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation by You must be made by email and acknowledged by Easy Does It Island Tours 7 days prior to the provision of service. The date on which the request to cancel is received by Easy Does It Island Tours will determine the refund due as follows:
Cancellation 7 days or more before: Amount paid less upfront costs. These upfront costs may represent out of pocket expenses for tickets, or cost to reserve excursion.
Cancellation 72 hours before: 50% of amount paid less upfront costs. These upfront costs may represent out of pocket expenses for tickets, or cost to reserve excursion.
Cancellation 24 hours or less: no refund
In some cases, Easy Does It Island Tours may cancel a tour due to weather or other circumstance. In the event that Easy Does It Island Tours cancels the tour, you may choose between a rescheduling of the tour OR a full refund of all monies paid or a credit towards an alternative tour. If you choose to accept a credit, the difference in the cost of the alternative tour will be refunded or paid by You as applicable.
Information:
Easy Does It Island Tours is not responsible for wrong information such as incorrect flight info, dates, e-mail address or any information submitted by you. We will not make compensation payments for any cancellation/changes caused by any incorrect information supplied by you.
Easy Does It Island Tours will put its’ best endeavours to find and rectify any errors and omission as quickly as possible. However, there may be times when obvious errors occur such as the price or some other detail displayed being incorrect. In this case Easy Does It Island Tours shall reserve the right to cancel that contract and the customer will not have any liability to this regard.
Personal Effects Responsibilities:
Easy Does It Island Tours is not responsible for loss, damaged or stolen personal effects while on our services.
Rate Change and Review:
All rates are subject to change without notice.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
You acknowledge that tours offered on this website may be adventurous in nature and may involve a significant amount of personal risk. You hereby assume all such risk and hereby release Easy Does It Island Tours from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages or injuries or death resulting from these inherent risks.

This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Easy Does It Island Tours makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, Easy Does It Island Tours does not warrant that: this website will be constantly available, or available at all; or the information on this website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading. Nothing on this website constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind. It is the responsibility of the user to gather travel information to determine the availability of travel related goods and services.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Easy Does It Island Tours be liable to You for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from any provision of this Agreement. Furthermore, the TOTAL liability of Easy Does It Island Tours arising with respect to this Agreement and this website will not exceed the total amounts paid by You under this Agreement. Any notice or other communication to be given hereunder will be in writing and given by electronic mail.
General Provisions
Failure by Easy Does It Island Tours to enforce any provision(s) of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
